Door to door taxi service and bus charters for larger groups. If you need to move on Orcas we can help! Orcas Island Shuttle offers seasonal public bus transportation, personnel transportation year around including tours of Orcas Island and Orcas Island car rentals. The Orcas Island Shuttle Bus makes regular scheduled stops around Orcas Island. Orcas Island Shuttle can arrange pick-up and drop-off service if you arrive anywhere on Orcas Island.

Bike rentals are available on all the ferry serviced islands and Anacortes, as well as numerous places on the mainland, Seattle, Everett, Bellingham etc. A list of Bike Rental Shops is forthcoming.

Driving directions to Anacortes ferry terminal from SeaTac and Seattle area.
Get on I-5 North. Take I-5 North approximately 70 miles to state route 20 exit #230
Anacortes/San Juan Islands. Go West to Anacortes, follow signs to the ferry terminal.
Washington State ferries sailing's are on a first-come first-served basis.
You pay for a round-trip ticket at the toll booth for car drivers and passengers,
Walk on passenger/ bicycle passenger purchases the ticket at the toll booth or in the terminal.

NOTE: When you purchase your ferry ticket you are paying for a round trip ticket. On your way back to Anacortes (Eastbound) you can get off and visit any island for as long as you want. As long as you are going Eastbound there is NO charge to get on and off the Ferry.

 Water taxi, passenger ferry and boat landing on the SE side of Orcas Island at Lieber Haven Resort and Marina.

Getting to Orcas Island from the mainland, is now a lot quicker! Lieber Haven Resort and Marina at Obstruction Pass on Orcas Island has a 100 ft. guest dock for water taxi, passenger ferries and private boat charters to load and off load passengers. Private Boaters in the San Juan Islands may land at the guest dock N/C, and there is a sandy beach (rare in the islands) for kayaker's to land at N/C! Lieber Haven Resort and Marina has a tourist information center, public phone, well stocked general store for groceries, ice, meats, beer, wine, cigarettes, local souvenirs, camping supplies, fishing supplies, navigation charters, and some marine supplies. Need a car? No problem! Car rentals are available at Lieber Haven Resort and Marina, the cars are supplied by Orcas Rental Cars. Again, boaters in the San Juan Islands are welcome to stop by. DO NOT just tie up your boat and leave, be sure to check that space is available, and for how long (scheduled water taxi stops, and boat charters to Orcas Island may use the guest dock, space may be limited for a few minutes). The Marina may have longer term day moorage, and overnight boat moorage available. This is a great opportunity for San Juan Islands water taxi's, boaters and kayakers to be able to land on Orcas Island, go shopping, stretch your legs, visit friends, rent a car to tour Orcas Island, go up to Mount Constitution etc. DO NOT ABUSE THE DOCK USE! When you land at the dock, immediately get in touch with Lieber Haven Resort, talk to the person running the store or call Lieber Haven Resort and Marina at 360-376-2472. Lieber Haven Resort and Marina is a popular waterfront lodging place, with beach cottages, studios and rooms. You can go whale watching, and Lieber Haven Resort and Marina is a great place to go kayaking! Orcas Island Kayaks at Lieber Haven Resort and Marina offers Orcas Island visitors, hourly and daily rowboat and kayak rentals.
